Vioree Brandon-Nettlesford is an internationally recognized pastor, executive leadership strategist, bestselling author, transformational speaker, and Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Girl, Live! Inc., a faith-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through leadership development, mentorship, education, and community engagement. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the corporate, nonprofit, and ministry sectors, she is passionate about equipping individuals and organizations to lead with vision, integrity, and purpose.

In 2025, Brandon-Nettlesford was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D., Honoris Causa) in Christian Leadership and Business from Ascend Christian University in recognition of her exceptional leadership, ministry, community service, and unwavering commitment to developing transformational leaders. Beginning in her hometown of Brooklyn, New York, the program has expanded to serve students at Elizabeth Seton High School, Eleanor Roosevelt High School Girls Basketball, and Meade High School Girls Basketball in Maryland. Through leadership workshops, mentorship, faith-based encouragement, and personal development, she equips young women to lead with courage, excel academically and athletically, and embrace their God-given potential.
